Police have begun a murder investigation after a man believed to be in his mid eighties was found at an address on Gibson Street in Bradford.
Officers were contacted by the Ambulance Service at around 10:40am on Saturday the 28th August. A subsequent post mortem on Sunday (29/08) revealed he had received stab wounds.
A 43 year old local man has been arrested in connection with the incident and currently remains in custody.
