Police in Kirklees are appealing for information after a commercial burglary at Ponderosa Centre on Smithies Lane in Heckmondwike.
A 9ft long Boa Constrictor snake was taken from a reptile house at the premises between 6.30pm 21 June and 8.30am on 22 June.
The snake is described as very large and dangerous but placid. It is a brown/tan colour and has a scar on its nose area.
