Street Fighting Takes Over Jamaican Capital

Fighting has overtaken daily life in Kingston, Jamaica. As police and military are currently in heavy conflict with gang leader and drug lord ’Christopher Dudus Coke’. Fighting has been prolonged for three days now with a total body count of 31 with more injured. This all follows U.S involvement within the capital as the American justice department have recognised Mr Coke as being one of the worlds most dangerous Drug Barons. Due to mass support of the self described ‘community leader’ from the citizens of the Tivoli gardens area in Kingston, the capitals security have met their match in retaining the peace. The hunt continues for Mr Coke as locals have claimed that he will not come out for politicians, only the citizens in his support, this means the conflict could be more long term. According to the police they are doing everything in their power to make the city safe, but are advising people to stay in their homes.
